Mark
Feldenkrais Practitioner & Assistant Trainer
Mark is a highly experienced Feldenkrais Practitioner and Assistant Trainer who has been helping people move with greater ease, confidence and comfort for over 20 years. A qualified Feldenkrais Practitioner since 2007 and an Assistant Trainer since 2017, Mark works with people of all ages and backgrounds, supporting them to discover more efficient, comfortable ways of moving and living.
Mark's journey into the Feldenkrais Method began while training as an actor at the Central School of Speech and Drama. Having previously worked as a physical theatre performer and street entertainer, he developed a fascination with movement, learning and human performance. When he discovered the Feldenkrais Method, he found an approach that transformed his understanding of movement and human potential, becoming the foundation of his professional practice.
Using gentle, hands-on Functional Integration sessions, Mark helps clients improve body awareness, reduce discomfort and develop new movement patterns that support everyday life. Integrative Somatic Psychotherapist
Linda is an experienced Integrative Somatic Psychotherapist and Clinical Mind-Body Therapist who offers compassionate, evidence-informed therapy for adults experiencing trauma, addiction, emotional distress and significant life challenges.
Drawing on extensive experience within NHS secondary acute care and as part of the therapy team at Priory Ticehurst Hospital, Linda integrates psychotherapy with body-based approaches to support lasting emotional healing. Lottie
Complementary Healthcare Practitioner — BSc (Hons), FdSc, MFHT
Lottie is a degree-qualified, award-winning Complementary Healthcare Practitioner with seven years of experience across a wide range of health, wellbeing and community settings.
She achieved a Distinction in her FdSc (Level 5) in Complementary Healthcare at the University of Brighton, followed by a First Class BSc (Hons) in Integrated Healthcare Management, also at the University of Brighton. In 2023, Lottie was awarded the Federation of Holistic Therapists Excellence Award.
Throughout her career, Lottie has worked within residential care homes, hospices, spas, private clinics and community spaces, as well as providing mobile treatments. With a background spanning in healthcare, mental health and wellbeing, holistic massage, aromatherapy, Reiki and complementary therapies, Delmeza brings warmth, compassion and professional integrity to her work.

Nina
Integrative Arts Psychotherapist (Trainee)
Nina is a Trainee Integrative Arts Psychotherapist in the final year of her three-year MA, having previously completed a Diploma in the Therapeutic and Educational Application of the Arts.
Nina offers a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where adults can explore their experiences at their own pace. She works integratively, drawing upon person-centred, psychodynamic, attachment-based, Gestalt and Transactional Analysis approaches. Her practice is trauma-informed and non-pathologising, with a particular interest in how difficult experiences can shape our relationships, behaviours and sense of self.
Nina has experience working within NHS secondary care and specialist mental health settings, as well as with a domestic abuse charity, supporting people experiencing complex trauma, disability, neurodiversity and refugee status.
Alongside talking therapy, Nina can incorporate creative approaches including drawing, painting, clay, storytelling, music, sand tray and attention to the body and breath. No artistic experience is needed – creativity can simply provide another way of exploring experiences or emotions that may be difficult to put into words.

Abi
Artist in Residence
Abi Moffat (b. 1992, Cardiff, UK) lives and works in Hastings. Specialising in abstract painting, Abi works with acrylic paint, collage and oil bars to create emotive, richly textured surfaces. Her practice explores the relationship between instinct and control through the language of abstraction. Influenced by the depth and symbolism of Renaissance painting alongside the expressive freedom of Abstract Expressionism, her work is also shaped by travel. Diverse cultures and landscapes expand her palette and inform the forms she creates.
Abi holds a BA (Hons) in Fine Art from Leeds Arts University (2013) and an MA in Fine Art from Chelsea College of Arts (2018), where she was awarded the Sir Frank Bowling Scholarship. In 2016 and 2017, she completed two large-scale public commissions for Transport for London and Leeds City Council in collaboration with established design studios.
